Privacy Policy

Ludo Buddies allows a player to enter a player name or nickname. The app also creates scorecards containing game information such as:

• Player names or nicknames;
• Scores, winner, moves, dice rolls, captures, and pawns brought home;
• Selected board theme and rhyme;
• Date, time, and duration of a completed game; and
• Whether a player was controlled by a person or the computer.

This information is used only to run the game and display recent scorecards. It remains in the app's private storage on the device and is not transmitted to us or to third parties. We encourage parents and children to use a nickname rather than a full legal name.

The app keeps up to 50 recent scorecards. Older scorecards are automatically replaced as new scorecards are saved. Current-game information is kept only as needed to operate the game.

Ludo Buddies does not collect, transmit, or share:

• Email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, or account credentials
• Precise or approximate location
• Contacts, photos, videos, or files
• Camera or microphone data
• Advertising identifiers or persistent device identifiers
• Usage analytics, diagnostics, or crash reports sent to us
• Payment or financial information
• Browsing history or activity in other apps

The app does not request sensitive Android permissions and does not include advertising, analytics, social networking, or third-party tracking SDKs.

Ludo Buddies is designed for children and families. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children or anyone else through the app. It does not offer chat, public profiles, account creation, online multiplayer, behavioral advertising, or user-generated content sharing.

If a parent or guardian believes that personal information has been provided to us outside the app, they may contact us using the details below. We will review the request and delete information when appropriate.

On-device information is used only to:

• Start and operate local Ludo games;
• Display player names or nicknames during gameplay;
• Calculate game results and scores; and
• Show recent scorecards on the same device.

We do not use this information for advertising, profiling, analytics, marketing, or tracking.

We do not sell, rent, disclose, or share information entered into or generated by Ludo Buddies. Because the app does not transmit this information to us, we do not provide it to advertisers, data brokers, analytics providers, or other third parties.

Google Play and the device operating system may process information independently when a user downloads, updates, backs up, or uses an app. Their practices are governed by their own privacy policies and settings.

Local game information is stored within the app's private Android storage. This helps prevent other ordinary apps from accessing it. No storage method or device can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so users should protect their device with appropriate security controls.

The app retains recent scorecards locally until they are replaced by newer scorecards, the user clears the app's storage, or the app is uninstalled. Users or parents can delete all locally stored Ludo Buddies information at any time:

3. 3Select Storage or Storage & cache.
4. 4Choose Clear storage or Clear data.

Uninstalling the app also removes its local data from the device, subject to any backups independently maintained by the device platform. Because we do not receive the app's local game information, we cannot view or delete it remotely.

If an adult contacts us voluntarily by email, we receive the information included in that message, such as the sender's email address and the content of the inquiry. We use it only to respond, provide support, protect the app, or comply with legal obligations. We do not use support messages for advertising or sell them to third parties. We retain them only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Children should ask a parent or guardian to contact us on their behalf and should not send personal information directly.

Ludo Buddies does not transmit app data to us, so we do not transfer app data internationally. A voluntary support email may be processed wherever our email provider or support operations are located, subject to applicable law and the provider's safeguards.

We may update this Privacy Policy if the app's features, data practices, or legal requirements change. We will update the “Last updated” date above and publish the revised policy at the same location. If a change materially affects how personal information is handled, we will provide any additional notice or consent required by law.
